Here’s how the process works

Contact and vision

We start with a personal meeting, either online or in the workshop, where you can share your thoughts and ideas. Do you dream of a timeless ring, a statement piece, or something entirely unique? This is where we capture your vision. Feel free to gather images you like from the web and look at the work I’ve posted in the shop here. For inspiration before our first meeting. Book now!

Sketches and design

Based on our discussions, I create sketches to find the perfect expression. Here, you have the opportunity to influence the design and ensure the piece turns out exactly as you wish. These sketches are shared with you digitally, giving you the chance to provide feedback to refine your vision.

Weighing and information

Your gold is weighed, and we go through what’s needed to create the new piece. I also inform you about the natural weight loss of approximately 10% that occurs during melting and processing.

Sizing and details

For rings, we take measurements to ensure a perfect fit. For necklaces and bracelets, we determine length and other details. If you live far from the workshop, I can send a ring sizer and instructions by post, which you can return using the prepaid return label provided.

Sketches and design

From our conversations, I create sketches to find the perfect design. You now have the opportunity to influence the process and ensure the piece becomes exactly what you envisioned. These sketches are shared with you digitally, allowing you to provide input and refine the design.

Quote and green light

Once the design is finalized, you’ll receive a clear quote. After approving it, I start the crafting process, where every step is done with care and craftsmanship.

Creation and delivery

Using your gold as the foundation, I handcraft your jewelry in my workshop. Standard delivery time is approximately ten days after you’ve approved the quote, but we’ll agree on a delivery time that suits us both. The finished piece is then delivered to you – a unique and meaningful piece of jewelry to wear with pride.

My work with slow jewelry is the opposite. By reusing gold and silver from old jewelry and collaborating with companies like NSG AB and Sargenta AB in a closed-loop system where precious metals are refined, the need for new mining is significantly reduced. Mining often devastates landscapes, demands enormous resources, and negatively impacts local communities. This way, your jewelry gets a new life without the world paying the price.
