The Kinda jewelry symbolizes the municipality of Kinda in Östergötland, Sweden. It was made by Veronica Gullbrandson the year 1999 for you to easily carry the beauty of this place with you.
It has the form of a stone-age boat-axe found in Kinda. This will give a thought to all the early inhabitants who lived, thought and strived to shape what we see and live in today.
The blue symbolizes the Kinda Canal and the many beautiful lakes in the area.
The top of the heart is the hills of the landscape. The stars forms a map with Kisa, Rimforsa, Horn, Hycklinge, Björkfors and Ydrefors exposed.
Kinda’s municipality coat of arms is surrounded by a heart for the self-esteem, tolerance and warm-heartedness of the population. We shall protect, extend and carry on giving this, whether resident or visitors.
